氷河期時代の人は就職できなくて大半の人が大変だけど
逆に、氷河期時代に大会社や官庁などに就職できた人は超絶な勝ち組だよね
同年齢の人が自分以外にあまりないから
長くいるだけでポストが転がり込んできそう
厳しい競争の中で狭き門に入れた人達だから当然だけど

いつまでたっても「後輩」が入ってこず、下っ端のまま
たまに補充されると思ったら、派遣社員か季節限定の短期
昔は10人でやっていた仕事を5人でやれとか、スーパーマン的なことを求められる

当然、後輩を育てる余裕などない
